A 45 year old male admitted himself to hospital with a stab wound at approximately 5:30 a.m., November 13, 2011. Subsequent investigation by the Saskatoon Police Service Patrol Division led to the arrest of a 25 year old female in the 2000 block of 20th Street west. The accused and the victim knew each other.

The accused female was charged with Aggravated Assault and will appear in Provincial Court tomorrow morning.

The male victim was treated and released from hospital.
