Subject: Update - Police Investigating Early Morning Shooting Incident (rel # 835)

Saskatoon Police Major Crime detectives are continuing to investigate an early morning shooting.

The 22 year old victim of the shooting is recovering in hospital, with his condition upgraded to stable. Two other males suffered minor injuries, one has already been released from hospital, the other is expected to be released later today.

Just after 3:00 a.m. Police were called to a home in the 1600 block of Avenue B North. A 22 year old male was found to be suffering from a gunshot wound. Three other males were also inside the home at the time of the incident.

Police are currently looking for two suspects in connection with the incident. Both are described as males of First Nation descent, approximately 5'10" in height, with thin builds. One male is believed to have been wearing a red bunny hug and has curly hair.
