Subject: Male Suspect Arrested For 3 Overnight Armed Robberies

At approximately 30 minutes after midnight on 24 December 2011 three males, aged 37,50 and 56 were assaulted and two of those males robbed at knife point in the 1400 block of 22nd St West . Two males suffered minor injuries. At approximately 3 A.M. a 31 female with 10 year old boy and infant child were going home when a male matching the description of the suspect from the earlier robbery robbed her at knife point. She suffered minor injuries.

Just before 5 A.M. Police responded to a disturbance in the 200 Block Av F North as officers were arriving a male jumped out a window and tried to run. He was arrested. Evidence linking him to above robberies including a knife was seized. An 18 male has been charged with 3 counts of armed robbery and one count of assault. He will be held in custody until his first court appearance.
