Subject: 3 Incidents Of Assault In The Area Of 21st Street West And Avenue R

The Saskatoon Police Service was called to St. Paul's Hospital at approximately 1:30 a.m., March 31, 2012 as 3 males admitted themselves as victims of an assault with a machete.

Each assault occurred at a different location in close proximity to the area of 21st Street West and Avenue R South. The victims describe being attacked by a small group of males. Injuries to all three were caused by what was believed to be a machete.

A 15, 46, and 51 year old male were all treated and remain in hospital in stable condition.
