Charges have been laid against four persons regarding this investigation. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected. Police continue to search for a 22 year old male suspect that played a leadership role in these events.

The following is a summary of the charges that have been laid to this point.

Incident 12-45320 500 Block Ave X South

A 22 year old male is charged with aiding and abetting a Break Enter and Commit an Indictable Of fence Sec 21(1) & Section 348(1)(b). He made his first court appearance yesterday in Provincial Court.

A 15 year old female is charged with Break Enter and Commit an Indictable Of fence Section 348(1)(b). She will make her first court appearance this afternoon in Provincial Court.

Incident 12-45328 3700 Blk Diefenbaker Drive

A 22 year old male is charged aiding and abetting a Robbery, Section 21(1) & Sec 344(1)cc. He made his first court appearance in Provincial Court yesterday.

A 18 year female has been charged with Attempted Murder 239cc and Robbery 344cc. She will make her first court appearance in Provincial Court this morning.

Incident 12-45332 1500 Blk 22nd Street

A 22 year old male made his first court appearance yesterday charged with two counts of aiding and abetting Pointing a Firearm, Section 21(1) & 87(1).

Incident 12-45336 800 Blk 22nd Street

A 22 year old male made his first appearance in Provincial Court yesterday charged with Aiding and Abetting Robbery, Section 21(1) & 344(1)cc.

A 22 year old female made her first Court appearance in Provincial Court yesterday charged with Aiding and Abetting Robbery, Section 21(1) & 344(1)cc
